Easy As Share, Prepare, and Care

  • Share your goals

    After you email or call us for the first time, one of our clinicians will reach out to setup an initial phone call to discuss where you are and where you want to be. This is free, totally confidential, and helps us decide together the best way to move forward based on your personal circumstances and needs.

  • Prepare for your first session

    Before your first session, you’ll fill out a few forms and questionnaires to help us understand your background and history so that we can provide you with the best possible care. Then we’ll complete an initial, 90-minute session that helps lay the groundwork for the work we’ll do together. This can be done in person at our office or virtually, over a video or phone call; whatever feels most comfortable for you.

  • Get care

    Based on our understanding of where you are and where you want to be, we’ll work with you to decide on the right schedule to get you the care and support you need. This usually ranges from weekly to monthly and may involve individual, group, family, or couples sessions, depending on your goals.
